Since January 2005, electrical modifications in the home are subject to building regulations and local authorities must be notified of any work carried out. This addition to the building regualtions is known as 'Part P' and further information on requirements can be found here. R. & B. Sims are fully approved to carry out work in accordance with Part P and will perform all the necessary noticfication procedures with the local authorities for your convenience.
